Club of Rome: the Green Al-Qaeda

Published 05th November 2009 - 14 comments - 4883 views -

(This is not David. It is a traditional Bond villain. Another billionaire with the ambition to rule the whole world. Ernst Stavro Blofeld is a head of a secret international organisation SPECTRE. I hope David has good intentions. But he apparently does not understand, that USSR was so poor and stagnant due to central planning).

Just like Al-Qaeda was founded by the billionaire Osama bin Laden, the Club of Rome was founded by the billionaire David Rockefeller. In 1968 the Club of Rome was established at the Rockefeller’s estate at Bellagio, Italy. Both these organisations share something -  they are in opposition against modern western civilisation and technology. And both wear green colour as their symbol.

It is the same Rockefeller family, that donated the land for the UNO building in New York. Two decades later, disappointed at how weak UNO is, Rockefeller tried to invent a new global religion. Because he realised that a global empire  (United Earth run by UNO) cannot be built without a global religion.

Communism, fascism, Islam, Christianity… these worked only regionally. But the green religion can work on global scale.

The green religion was born in 1972, when the Club of Rome published a book, which is the Bible of environmentalism. The “Limits to Growth”. The book declared, that economic growth is a bad thing and must be stopped. In the same year, Rockefeller’s friends from UNO established UNEP (United Nations Environmental Programme). If you want to hear Rockefeller in person to give a neo-Malthusian speech, go to this video

In the book “The First Global Revolution“ (1991) the Club of Rome openly admitted, that the whole green ideology is just an artificial hoax serving as a tool to grab power.

“It would seem that men and women need a common motivation, namely a common adversary to organize and act together... The scapegoat practice is as old as mankind itself. When things become too difficult at home, divert attention by adventure abroad. Bring the divided nation together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one INVENTED for the purpose.”

In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these
dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy, then, is humanity itself.”

In his Memoirs, Rockefeller admits, that the goal of all this is to unite the whole planet under a single government: “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

Personally, I doubt they would like to kill billions. But the fact is that they want to rule this planet. And they use lies as a tool for this goal.

A United Earth might not be a bad thing, after all. In Star Trek it is prettty cool.

However in The First Global Revolution, they write, that the global state is not supposed to be democratic: “Democracy is not a panacea. It cannot organize everything and it is unaware of its own limits. These facts must be faced squarely. Sacrilegious though this may sound, democracy is no longer well suited for the tasks ahead. The complexity and the technical nature of many of today’s problems do not always allow elected representatives to make competent decisions at the right time.”

I disagree. I do not know any time in history, when an un-democracy would have prosperity and progress. Which means that David is either stupid or evil. Like the billionaire villains from the Bond movies. Or maybe he thinks, that we should unite Earth by force now and democratize it later. Perhaps he is right. Unification seldom goes voluntarily without the use of force. In the end it may be all good and nice. But I am not happy to go through the un-democratic period.

By the way, do you remember any referendum about Kyoto Protocol? No, of course not. They do not ask the people, if they want it. It is no democracy at all. Just like Brussels did not ask the national parliaments, whether they want to ban the Edison light-bulbs in EU. A committee of bureaucrats decides, the serfs... sorry... citizens obey.

This spooky Club of Rome is no low-cost black cabal club. It has powerful members. Al Gore is one of them and they managed to get him a Nobel Prize! Among other comrades there are Gorbatchev, Javier Solana, Kofi Annan, Bill Clinton, George Soros, Tony Blair, Václav Havel, Romano Prodi, heads of EU and UNO…

It was them, who suggested to organise the international COP conferences (COP1 was in Berlin 1995, COP15 is in Copenhagen in 2009). It was them, who came with the idea of a carbon tax (cap-n-trade). It was them who came with the idea of “peak oil” (they predicted we run out of oil by 1992). David is like a centipede - wherever you look, you can see his footprint.

And it is hardly just a coincidence, that the method of work of IPCC (established in 1988) is the SAME as the method used in the Limits of Growth. In 1972 they hired some MIT experts, in IPCC they hired some climatologist. In both cases they made wild pessimistic predictions based on MATHEMATICAL SIMULATIONS in computer models.

This all does not mean, that environmental problems do not exist. But it means, that they are exaggerated on purpose as a tool to grab political and economical power.

Sadly, they have little imagination. It is becoming rather repetitive. Always the same author, same stories, same methods, same results. Forget CO2 footprint. Think about CoR bullshit footprint instead.

Benno Hansen on 05th November 2009:

Thanks for the laugh. You really help me understand the complex mind of scepticism.

Abhishek Nayak on 05th November 2009:

This sounds insane… Such crazy theories.

Vitezslav Kremlik on 05th November 2009:

Hmm. But when the Greens say, that sceptics are a sabotage conspiracy paid by the Big Oil, it is OK to you? Taste your own medicine.

What exactly is “insane” about pointing to the role of the Club of Rome? You do not believe in the existence of CoR and its book Limits of Growth?

KOOKIE on 05th November 2009:

HAVE YOU READ MY BLOG? IT WAS ON CoR Conference last week..

Vitezslav Kremlik on 05th November 2009:

Thanks for the link KOOTIE. The CoR really push the environmentalism forward. It is ironic to hear Gorbatchev calling for “global perestroika”. It seems as if we are heading into some sort of new Soviet Union.

Adela on 05th November 2009:

I don’t want to comment on the article, but there’s something missing in the picture: Mini Me smile

hemant anant jain on 05th November 2009:

Vitezslav, what is the point of writing fiction here?
I have adequately explained to you elsewhere that not onlt global warming is real, but it cause by human activities.
You don’t seem to have any arguments against that as we can see.
As for religion - did you ever consider that there are many religions in the world and you have NO clue about them? Your ignorance in all matters has been so exposed that you may want to classify your posts as “really bad humour”.
Here are the world religions. Study them before you start writing about religion and propagate your pulp fiction.

Before you post any more comments, make sure you know what you are talking about as I will ask questions on religion to expose your lack of knowledge.

Let me also tell you something. There is a world outside Europe and America. And you give Rockefeller / Club of rome etc so much importance that it makes me laugh.

You need to go out in the world more often. Go to Asia. It will do you good.

Daniel Nylin Nilsson on 05th November 2009: The Association of British Insurers also participate in the great conspiracy of climate change! I thought these guys were in it for the money, but obviously they are greed fundamentalists, and probably vegetarian…

Mike on 05th November 2009:

Vitezslav, keep up the good work. Watching these nuts scramble to deface and deny you really exposes their true colours.

Hemant, you haven’t proven anything, stop rambling and spamming every post with the same bullshit. You haven’t proven anything, or even come close to proving anything.

No one can prove a concept as abstract as man-made global climate change. It cannot be proven for the simple fact that we do not understand the complexities of the oceans which cover 70% of the Earth’s surface. And it is the oceans that undeniably drive periodical fluctuations in temperature and climate, from what little we do understand, as nature shows us the end result.

You cannot even prove that CO2 causes a fraction of a degree of warming. Now even Al Gore and his cronies are coming out and saying as such, saying that CO2 only accounts for 40% of the warming, that CH4, NO2 and HFCs are the real culprits and that you should have a spiritual religious faith in climate change. You frauds have exposed yourselves time and time again.

And then it all came crashing down, crashing down. Keep it up Vitezslav, if you kick up enough dust they’ll choke on their own words.

Vitezslav Kremlik on 05th November 2009:

1) Club of Rome is not fiction. It really exists.
2) The CO2 influence on temperatures is grossly exaggerated. It probably decreases with volume. Otherwise the temperatures would be some 5°C higher now.
3) Your ignorance about religions, Hemant, is staggering. You have never heard about fertility cults, that sacrifice goats or lambs to ensure good weather? Go back to school (as you can see, we have already started insulting each other - the dignity of the discussion is gone).

Vitezslav Kremlik on 06th November 2009:

Another blow to those, who underestimate the importance and influence of the Club of Rome:

The initiative Desertec, which plans to supply Europe with solar energy from Sahara is a child of the company “Club of Rome´s Trans-Mediterranean Renewable Energy Cooperation” (TREC).

Google it up.

Pavel on 06th November 2009:

Good and provocative reading. I disagree with most of your opinions, but it is good to have them discussed. I hope you are keeping your mind open too. Keep doing good job.

Kookie on 06th November 2009:

no, it was not Gorbachev who said ‘global perestroika’, it was my own comment referring to his ‘perestroika’ with respect to Soviet Union.

Vitezslav Kremlik on 06th November 2009:

Sorry, Kookie. But never mind. Gorbatchev spoke about global perestroika elsewhere (which is not a surprise).

By the way, Gorbatchev von CoR is the co-author of the Earth Charter (2000)
