COP15. Tara Rao (WWF) on Leadership & Future Scenarios

During one of the last NGO briefings at the Fresh Air Center, Tara Rao from WWF answers one of the major questions everybody present at COP15 has been lately asking. Considering negotiations are pretty much failing (oh wait, I hear they've already failed due to bad weather), what are the current scenarios?
