Two conventions, two countries and the blogosphere.
The European Students' Forum AEGEE-Europe launches a series of thematic conventions on global challenges as part of its Flagship Project 2010/11 called "Beyond Europe - Perspectives for Tomorrow's World". These conventions will highlight challenges such as Climate Change and Energy from a student perspective.
The One World Convention on Climate Change will be held in Toulouse in May 2010 and the One World Convention on Energy will take place in Saint-Petersburg in October 2010.
During the conferences, participants will gather together with experts and speakers and debate in several sessions, workshops and other activities, such as excursions, about the main topics.
Therefore, the Beyond Europe Team issues and open call for partner organizations to contribute to the application for funding to the Youth in Action Programme of the European Commission. As some of you are members of different european organizations, we ask you to think about it (quick!) and join us for the One World Convention.
We would need the filled partnership form within the next 5-6 days, so, in case you're interested to take part in Toulousse or Saint Petersburg Conventions as partners, let us know. For further information about how to fill the form and get the files, please contact me.
Let's give our contribution as Youth to the topics of Climate Change and Energy.
Think abour it.
