This is the best social advertising ever created in Bulgaria. It is a project of the national branch of WWF and maybe the strongest media campaign ever made at all in the world. No words are needed, though few are there: “1/3 of Bulgaria is forest, which disappears with 10 m³ in a minute. Sign the national petition at wwf.bg.”

I did. Now they became 13 967 + 1. If you follow me, then we can make it much more!

The first time I saw it I was walking on the most expensive Bul.”Vitoshka” in Sofia. The billboard made me stop baffled. I saw our nature, our forests, our cities and industries. All of what was left of it. It was an emotional hard and brain attack, just in one painting of the national flag.

You can here their message on the radio. But it is useless to describe its TV version, so I put it here, where you can see how simple ideas need a complex prize. So, clean, pure, creative and realistic. Everyone, who loves his motherland, can sense in his blood what is under the colors of the life. But you can feel the blood on your hands, the blood and crying of the forests, just as written of some of the biggest national poets.

The colors saturated beyond the visible white, green and red, are the colours of the death, demolition, erasment of human and animalkind. The green is so small, but it is there. We must just look around for it.

I hope that the adv agency, which has done it, Ogilvy & Mather Sofia, will win on the next media festival on which it attends. This year the company got the Golden Effie award about it.
