TH!NK2: Climate Change Stays Online!
Dear TH!NKers,
The final day of TH!NK2: Climate Change is upon us.
But the posts keep coming and COP15 definitely isn't over yet. Just this morning, angry activists, frustrated by the slow pace of the climate talks, stormed The Bella Centre. olice said they had arrested about 100 protesters as they marched to the summit across Copenhagen.
There is still so much to say about what's taking place in Copenhagen and what governments will do after it ends. Some of you are already anticipating what we can expect to see when the dust settles at COP15. With this in mind, we've decided to keep TH!NK2: Climate Change open for another two months.
Your continued efforts in TH!NK2 over the next two months will be rewarded with seats in TH!NK ABOUT IT's third round, TH!NK3.
TH!NK3: Developing World will begin in March, 2010 and include 10 TH!NK2 bloggers as participants.

TH!NK3: Developing World will focus on sustainable development and global aid in the lead up to the high-level plenary meeting on the Millennium Development Goals at the UN 65th session of the General Assembly in September 2010.
The competition will bring together journalists, journalism students, academics and experts from 27 EU Member States, neighborhood countries and beyond, to write about global cooperation in international development. Selected participants will come together to launch round three of TH!NK ABOUT IT in Brussels in March 2010.
TH!NK3 includes opportunities for participants to travel to and report from Asia and Africa.
If you want to take part in TH!NK3, please continue to post throughout the next two months. The 10 best bloggers will be invited to take part in the third round of TH!NK ABOUT IT.
TH!NK ABOUT IT's third round includes opportunities for bloggers to travel to and report from Asia and Africa.
The launch event will be in Brussels and will include participants from the 27 EU Member States, Neighborhood countries and beyond.
Stay tuned for more information about TH!NK3: Developing World coming out later this week.

This looks neat!
I was going to keep blogging anyway, even without any incentive.
Well, even better :D
Boah, great topic for the next round.
I will think about posting further on climate change, even though my time is very limited and after three months of intensive observation of the topic, I am getting a little fed up with it.
I hope I will have a chance to get into the next round nevertheless.
Great news, thank you! I think the current developments in Copenhagen also show us that we have to keep blogging about climate change because there will definitely be much to do after this weekend!
As in Tom’s case, I also regret that I couldn’t contribute some of my original ideas (especially more insights from Upper Austria) in the first three months of the competition due to a lack of time. So, I am very happy that the competition is extended which will give me further opportunities to write about some exciting stuff. Moreover, the prospects of joining THINK3 is an amazing further motivation to keep blogging here!
I made a very large effort for Think2.
I pay very expensive with my fragile back in front of the screen.
I must begin my community activity with many partnerships.
Before taking part in Think3 I will precisely look at the conditions and the interest to do it. I want to remain honest with myself and you all.
In all the cases it is very an good idea which will be extended to other people. I hope for it.
The life is renewed unceasingly!
I’m pleased! I was wondering where I’d vent my thoughts once it all came to a close.
Great
And the winners will announced when?
Sorry, ‘will announced when?’
Great news!
This blogging platform was great experience and tine spent. Time is always limited, but I will keep up for. So seems like my next posts are going to focus on sustainable development. This si topic that makes me feel even more interested in the world!
Perfect!
I’m assuming the blog posts will be accessible even after the two-months extension period, right?
From all the countries in the world, the ones that live upon foreign aid are also mostly harmed: by climate changes, poverty, lack of basic needs and so on.
I think you couldn’t have found a better topic for Th!nk3 - someone needs to stand and speak for the developing world, because they doing it didn’t prove enough.
